  • Your order will be reserved but sent to you only after the full payment plan has been completed.
  • A minimum upfront payment is required to secure your order. This includes a surcharge, a non-refundable cancellation fee, and a refundable deposit.
  • You’ll receive a notification before each payment attempt. You must ensure sufficient funds are available.

ENTER THE DETAILS OF YOUR ENTRY BY SELECTING "GET TICKETS" THEN SELECT ONE FREE GENERAL ADMISSION PER ENTRY IN THE TICKET SECTION, THANK YOU

 Entry Form: must reach Oberon Council P.O. Box 84 Oberon NSW 2787 or via email to Tourism@oberon.nsw.gov.au by 1st July 2025.

 Late entries will not be accepted.

Note: We have capacity for 88 entries only and entries will be accepted in order of receipt.

Delivery of Entries: to Oberon Library

* * *STRICTLY between 9.00am and 11.00am 4th July 2025* * *

1. Every care will be taken by Oberon Council, but we will not be responsible for theft, damage or loss.

2. Oberon Council reserves the right to refuse entry of any item by any exhibitor.

3. Oberon Council reserves the right to reproduce any work.

4. Artists: Must identify as Aboriginal or Torres Stright Islander and be accepted in the community in which they reside and be willing to provide information to form a short artist biography.

5. Paintings: - All entries must have artist’s name and address, title & price (if for sale).

 i Must be the entrant’s original work.

ii The paintings story.

iii The following items will not be accepted:

a. Any items without suitable string or wire for hanging

b. Any artwork which exceeds 90cm X 90cm including frame

c. Any items that are not dry

d. Any item that is deemed to be too heavy

6. Sculpture/Weaving: - Maximum size not to exceed 1 mtr x ½ mtr. If item is heavier than 5kg the owner is to put it in place and pick it up after the Art Show.  

7. Oberon Council to receive 15% Commission on all items sold, this provides seed funding to enable us to run the event each year; 

8. Collection, Friday 18th July strictly between 10am and 2:00 pm.

Celebrate the Aboriginal artists in our region and take the opportunity to purchase unique and original artworks. 

IF YOU CAN’T PICK UP YOUR ENTRIES AT THIS TIME, PLEASE ASK SOMEONE ELSE TO DO IT FOR YOU, AS YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PICK THEM UP ANY EARLIER – NO EXCEPTIONS
