Entry instructions

Entering Hobart City Hall Main Entrance: Enter via the front doors on Macquarie Street (57–63 Macquarie Street) — the main public entrance for events. Accessibility: The entrance is wheelchair accessible, with ramps and automatic doors. Event Signage: Look for event signs, banners, or ushers outside — they will guide you to the check-in area. Check-in: Upon entry, proceed to the check-in tables in the foyer. Staff will assist with tickets and seating. -Table Contribution: Please bring a piece of country (native foliage or greenery) to contribute to your table centerpiece.

After entry instructions

An usher will guide you to your table; they will be wearing a volunteer shirt or badge for easy identification. A member of Reconciliation Tasmania will call or email larger groups with their table number in advance. If you already know your table number, please head straight to your table upon arrival.
