KELLY SMITH | EARTH & SOUL

Cacao facilitator, yin yoga facilitator, ceremonialist, and DJ, Kelly weaves poetic ritual and a passion for embodied, gentle, yet deeply meaningful experiences, all held through a trauma-informed lens. She is an empowering plant medicine guide, supporting those who feel the call to connect with cacao through both community offerings and personalized sacred practices.

Kelly draws upon the divine elemental and cyclical energies of nature, integrating them into her offerings to foster self-connection, groundedness, and healing. In a world often focused on external awakenings, Kelly invites participants to return home to their hearts and bodies as a pathway to self-discovery and connection. She believes that cacao, yin yoga, music, and movement are profound tools to support this journey.

Kelly has undergone extensive training in cacao facilitation, trauma-informed yin yoga, and ecstatic dance facilitation. Her passion lies in guiding others towards their true north, drawing upon her own life experiences and healing journey to offer transformative experiences through these modalities.

CACAO AND CEREMONY

Cacao, a revered plant medicine originating from South America, has been used in rituals, ceremonies, and rites of passage for thousands of years. Its heart-opening and healing properties remain as potent as ever, offering a pathway to connection, awakening, and profound transformation. When consumed intentionally within a sacred space, cacao acts as a guide, leading us back to our hearts—the wellspring of our being. This sacred journey deepens our connection to both the seen and unseen realms, gently nudging us away from mental chatter and into the wisdom of our hearts. Through this process, cacao inspires renewal and a profound sense of interconnectedness with all life.

YIN YOGA

Yin yoga offers a gentle, introspective practice that invites us to slow down and turn inward. By holding passive stretches for extended periods, we target the deeper tissues, such as the fascia, ligaments, and tendons, promoting flexibility, alignment, and overall well-being. Beyond the physical, yin yoga cultivates mindfulness and presence, allowing us to calm the nervous system and connect with our inner landscape. This practice offers a sanctuary for restoration, a space to release tension, reduce stress, and open ourselves to a deeper sense of well-being. It’s a chance to embody self-compassion, empowering ourselves through the simple act of being present.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please honor the time and attention that goes into creating these monthly offerings. Refunds are not available however you are welcome to transfer to a friend or family member or book in for another month that suits.
