Return On Investment / Business case

Great technical analysis and raising solution ideas is part of every problem solving initiative. However, without sound ROI calculations, its a lot harder to gain senior management support for the recommendations. The software has this built in and the course culminates in a Business Case on real current unsolved problems.

Benefits of Online RCA training delivery

We've had a lot of positive feedback about the level of interaction, regardless of whether trainees have been at work, in a remote location, in different states / regions or working from home. Of course, online delivery also means less time away from the workplace & financial sense as it eliminates travel expenses & wasted time. Each session is run via video conferencing facilitated by us as we continue to support you through two sessions covering the 12 steps theory and two sessions working on your real current unsolved issue through to completing a business case for your project. We're including access to our RCA2Go software as part of the course with a 12 month FREE trial period to ensure you have the best experience from the online training and get to check out the software for yourself.

What do I need?

You will need a computer with online access, as well as video and audio. There is no need for software download. The RCA2Go software is web based and a login will be provided for this.

We will provide you with a hard copy of the training manual and a PDF of work sheets for the course. You will need to have post it note pad, marker and pen.
