December River Monitoring Walk University of Staffordshire Nature Reserve

A gentle stroll introducing people to ways of recording wildlife, birds and plants along the riverside.  We will meet outside the Catalyst Building on Leek Road (or in the cafe in cold/wet weather).  Please do dress for the weather and wear footwear suitable for muddy and uneven paths.  There is a short stretch of tarmac path along the river if you have limited mobility.  Toilets and a cafe can be found inside the Catalyst Building. Please bring a mobile phone or pen and paper to make records.  If you have any questions please do email trentvalley@supportstaffordshire.org.uk 

You will need to pay for parking before you leave the university site.  There are pay machines that take bank cards.  Please keep a copy of your receipt or screenshot of your payment to claim volunteer expenses.
