On Connection Dinner Party at Red Dot Ranch
Event description
We are SO excited to welcome you to our next On Connection dinner party! We wanted to create a space where folks could come to make meaningful connections and enjoy a damn good dinner party. On Connection is designed to help you get outside of your comfort zone and discuss topics that allow you to think beyond the day-to-day because we know that networking is outdated and making real friendships is hard.
Our events are created to form connections and we encourage you to feel comfortable to come alone. However, friends and partners are always welcome.
For this event, we are partnering with Red Dot Ranch in Pescadero! (just 1 hour south of San Francisco).
Red Dot Ranch is a regenerative farm to learn our place in nature through food and shelter. Red Dot Ranch creates nourishing food systems and grow the practice of architecture with outreach and education so we can learn how to live, gather, eat and build as beneficial parts of the ecosystem.
Included in your ticket:
- 4-5 course seated dinner
- farm tour and exclusive access to Red Dot Ranch
- Kava from A'muse: we will be having a special kava ceremony from A'muse a Kava brand launching in just a few short months

Theme: Our theme for this dinner is Seasons.
What can we let go of from the summer season and embrace more of in the upcoming one. All while being present in connection with nature and ourselves. We will spend time reflecting together and grounding in nature.

Schedule:
3:30-3:45pm Guests arrive. Please do not arrive later than 3:45pm as we will be conducting a farm tour / have experience elements planned
3:45pm: Tour of the farm + experience element of the night
4:00 -6:00pm Dinner
Please note we are starting dinner early because it is held outdoors and want to wrap up before it's dark.
PLEASE READ:
Note: You will need to fill out a waiver to access Red Dot Ranch prior to coming to the event.
- This will be outdoors on a rustic farm setting, there are porta potties (don't worry they are clean) but no indoor plumbing.
- You will need to drive your car up a small hill to arrive at the top of the farm, it is a dirt road.

If you have dietary restrictions please let us know ASAP in your ticket checkout.
We can not accommodate all dietary restrictions and unfortunately can not accommodate severe allergies at this time.
We aim to use local, sustainable food options and we do our best to accommodate as needed but please email us at hello@richellenstewart.com prior to purchasing a ticket to ask about our options.
Other Terms:
- Tickets are non-refundable, (no refunds are given, please plan accordingly!) You may transfer the ticket to someone but there is no guarantee they will have a name card with their name on it and dietary restrictions can be accommodated, etc. We will need to know if you transfer your ticket at least 24 hours prior to the event.
- This event is for adults that are 21+ only as alcohol will be served. ID checked at check-in.
- The event organizers reserve the right to refuse admission or eject a ticket holder for reasons including, but not limited to, the ticket holder’s conduct being deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or dangerous.
- The ticket holder must comply with all relevant statutes, safety announcements, and venue regulations while attending the event.
- You acknowledge you will arrive promptly and before 4:15pm PST.
- We reserve the right to use any photos or videos taken from the event for our own marketing purposes and you acknowledge that there will be photos taken and can be used both online and in print for our business.
- Accessibility: We experiment with different seating styles (sometimes on ground) and may not be able to accommodate all physical limitations. Some of the venues that we use may not have the necessary ADA requirements such as a ramp or elevator. Please email us with any physical limitations and we will do our best to accommodate.
- Pets are not allowed, with the exception of service animals.
- If the event is cancelled or rescheduled by our team, due to weather or other natural occurrences, we will attempt to provide a suitable alternative such as a rescheduled date or a refund as determined by the event organizers.
- If a refund is issued, it will be for the face value of the ticket only. Any booking fees or additional charges may not be refundable.
- Indemnification
- You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Richelle N Stewart LLC from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses including, but not limited to, attorney’s fees arising from any loss, injury or other damage resulting from your negligence or act resulting in harm to another patron attending the event.
- If you do not agree with these terms, please do not purchase a ticket. By purchasing a ticket you agree to these terms.
