Movement Matters is a live, hands-on online workshop exploring how movement shapes your baby's brain and body in the first 12 months of life. We look at how development unfolds from head to toe and what you can do at home to support it. This is not a lecture. You will be on the floor with me, feeling what your baby feels, so you can understand their world from the inside out.
- Is this a webinar or a workshop what's the difference?
This is a workshop which means it's interactive and participatory, not just a presentation. You won't just be watching and listening. You'll be moving, exploring, and reflecting alongside me throughout the session. That's intentional the best way to understand what your baby needs is to experience it yourself.
- How long is the workshop?
The workshop runs for approximately 90 minutes, including time for live Q&A at the end. We recommend having a comfortable spot on the floor ready before we begin.

- Do I need any prior knowledge of Montessori?
Not at all. This workshop is open to everyone, regardless of your experience with Montessori. The principles we explore are grounded in neuroscience and child development research, and are practical and accessible for all parents and educators.
