Oyster Restoration Project

This exciting oyster restoration project will create new oyster reefs that support local wildlife and improve the health of our coastal waters. Bring your sense of adventure and come prepared to get wet and muddy! Program suitable for 16 and up This volunteer event will be outdoors in full sun and include working on trails, in mangrove habitat, and in a lagoon with mucky soils with. All participants must wear close-toed shoes and clothing that can get wet and dirty.

Required PPE: Safety is our top priority, so it's essential to come properly dressed and prepared. Please no; Crocs, Chaco's, rain boots or deck boots. Recommended footwear; Sneakers, hiking boots or neoprene booties with hard soles.
