Phillips Coaching September School Holiday AFL Camp

Join us for our exclusive high-performance AFL football camps in Melbourne this September school holidays! 

Our July school-holiday camp was a huge success and a SELL OUT, so this time we are bringing our camp to the Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne on Monday 23rd September, and the North-Western Suburbs on Thursday 26th of September!

These camps are a unique opportunity for athletes to engage with AFL/AFLW player mentors and like-minded peers, and enhance their skills in a supportive, professional environment. Athletes will get a glimpse of what it's like to train at the elite level and insights into what it takes to perform your best.

Event Details:

- Dates: Monday 23rd of September (East) and Thursday 26th of September (North-West)

- Location: Rieschiecks Reserve, Doncaster East (EAST) and Canning Street Reserve, Avondale Heights (NORTH-WEST)

- Time: 10am - 2pm (Check-in from 9:30am)

- Male and Female footballers welcome!

- Age: 12+ aspiring athletes

What to Expect:

- Football Development: A full day of drills and skills sessions run by our professional coaches and AFL/AFLW stars. Stay tuned for exciting announcements!

- Strength & Conditioning: Expert training with our seasoned S&C networks, who have had years of experience developing AFL/AFLW athletes.

- High-Performance Insights: Focused on nutrition for performance, preparation, and more from the experts in their respective fields.

What to Bring:

- Boots and runners

- Training gear

- Notebook and pen

- Lunch and snacks (Note: Lunch will not be provided)

- Water bottle

- Any necessary taping or personal care items (trainers will not be available)
