POC Shadow Group 5/6/25

Individuals possess many Shadows and groups (ethnic groups, race groups, gender groups, religious groups, etc.) also carry Shadow material for the dominant culture.

In this group, you will find and relate to your personal Shadows, specifically your Inferior Shadow and your Evil Shadow. You will learn how to identify, animate, connect with and partner with these Shadows during, between and beyond our sessions. 

As you move into active harmony with your Shadow parts, rather than unwittingly living at odds with them, you will become less susceptible to addictions, moods, self-sabotage and debilitating projections to and from others. As you work with your Shadows you will discover inner-authority which, in turn, will yield confidence, peace, self-regulation and emotional independence from the outside world. 

Over time, your Shadow work will make you more available for Higher Forces and the abundant flow of the infinitely creative universe. Doors will open internally and externally, and you will experience real world benefits from relating to and partnering with your Shadows.
