Free Pop-up Museum – Ocean Wonders
Come and explore the amazing creatures that live in our oceans and on our beaches!
Museums Victoria will bring real objects from Melbourne Museum, giving kids a chance to learn like a marine biologist. See shells, sharks, and ancient sea animals up close!
What you’ll see:
Taxidermied animals from Museums Victoria’s collection, including a green sea turtle and a seagull
A tiger shark jaw and a whale vertebra
A real Megalodon tooth—from one of the largest sharks to ever live!
Date: Friday 11 July 2025
2pm – 3pm at Thomastown Recreation & Aquatic Centre, 52-54 Main Street Thomastown
