We’re here to explore how reproductive health issues—like menopause, periods, endometriosis, and fertility treatments—impact women’s daily lives at work.

These are topics that affect a significant portion of the workforce, yet they’re frequently met with silence, discomfort, or misunderstanding. No matter who you are or what your role may be—whether you’re a manager, a colleague, a leader, or someone experiencing these health challenges firsthand—this discussion is relevant to you.

By starting this conversation, we are looking to break down the stigma surrounding women’s health issues, create more supportive and inclusive workplaces, and, most importantly, recognise that these topics aren’t just 'women’s issues.' They are human issues that affect everyone.
