🌿 About Booking & the Client Portal 🌿 I use an external platform (Zanda Health) for ticketing, as this helps with NDIS invoicing. ✅ After you book your ticket through Humanitix, you’ll receive a link to the Small Things Social Work Client Portal. ✅ Booking through this system automatically creates a client profile. ✅ An Informed Consent and Service Statement will need to be signed. You can do this easily through the “My Forms” section of the portal. If you’d like support with booking (or prefer to complete the process together), you can click the “Contact Host” button above the Event Description or in your Humanitix confirmation email 💌. 🌸 Default Invoice Wording 🌸 NDIS: Assistance With Self-Care – Weekday Daytime (01_011_0107_1_1) Assistance with Daily Life CORE Support 💻 Support provided during a virtual group session to assist participants in initiating and completing self-care tasks, including cleaning and gardening activities. The session offers structured guidance and peer support to enhance daily living skills and promote independence. Costing: Based on a 90-minute session, divided by 4 participants. 📝 Note If a different code or wording is required for your plan, please contact me to discuss your invoicing needs. Alternative cost codes may apply depending on your circumstances.
