Join us for a weekly extended self-care, meditation and mindfulness practice, in a warm and welcoming environment that includes:

Gratitude Practice,
Buddhist story,
Discussion,
Deep Breathing (Pranayama)
Mindful Movements,
Mindfulness Practice leading into,
Visualisation style Meditation,
Angle Cards.

In the Community Room at MEAC

This ticket includes a 1-hour session. Tickets are available at the door 10 minutes prior to starting.

Jo Bliss is a qualified and experienced teacher of Yoga, Meditation, Breathwork, and Mindfulness. With a rich background in education, community services, and kinesiology, she brings a compassionate and holistic approach to everything she does. Jo is a dedicated advocate for peace and well-being, and she shares her message through both her teaching and her work as a professional speaker. She is known for inspiring audiences with her heartfelt talks on cultivating a Blooming Mindset—encouraging personal growth, resilience, and inner harmony.

She also holds a WWC, TAE Training and Assessment, Pol Chk, First Aid, and is available for Workplace Well-being sessions by appointment.
