Queensland Association of Collaborative Practitioners | Annual General Meeting
The QACP Annual General Meeting will be held at 5.00pm on Wednesday, 11 November 2026, at Vincents, prior to our End of Year Celebration.
Our new Constitution
As part of this year’s AGM, we are asking members to approve QACP’s new Constitution.
Our existing Constitution has served us for a number of years, but QACP has changed and grown during that time. The new Constitution gives us an updated governance framework that better reflects the organisation we are today and how we want QACP to operate into the future.
The Management Committee supports the new Constitution and recommends that members vote in favour of its adoption.
There is one special resolution and one vote.
If you can’t make it, that’s completely fine. You can still have your vote counted by completing the proxy form. You can appoint the Chair of the meeting as your proxy and simply tell us whether you would like your vote cast FOR, AGAINST or ABSTAIN on the new Constitution.
So, from us, the request is very simple:
Come along to the AGM and vote – or, if you can’t come, please send us your proxy.
For more information about the AGM or to request a proxy form, please email admin@qacp.org.au
