Resilience First Aid (RFA) is an evidence-informed mental health and wellbeing program that equips individuals with practical skills to recognise when someone may be struggling, provide meaningful support, and help build resilience before challenges escalate into more serious mental health concerns.

Unlike traditional mental health training that often focuses on crisis intervention, Resilience First Aid takes a proactive approach by helping people identify early signs of stress, adversity, burnout, and declining wellbeing. Participants learn how to have supportive conversations, strengthen protective factors, and create environments where individuals and teams can thrive.

Developed by Driven, the program is built around the six evidence-based resilience domains:

Vision – Developing purpose, meaning and direction.
Composure – Managing emotions and stress effectively.
Reasoning – Maintaining perspective and problem-solving skills.
Tenacity – Building persistence and adaptability.
Collaboration – Strengthening social connection and support networks.
Health – Supporting physical and psychological wellbeing.
