Event description

Rhapsody for Cancer is a special fundraising and awareness event aimed at advancing childhood brain cancer research and supporting families affected by this devastating diagnosis.

The event was inspired by the journey of our 6-year-old grandson who was diagnosed with a rare brain cancer in 2021. Since then, over $300,000 has been raised to support our chosen charities; The Pirate Ship Foundation and the Kids Cancer Support Group.

This exclusive dinner and dance event promises a memorable culinary experience for guests, with tickets priced at $500 per person for tables of 10. Attendees are encouraged to dress in black tie or formal evening attire.

Join us in making a difference and supporting these very special organisations as we come together for a night of fundraising and awareness.

This year our entertainment includes PinnacleDuo (WA’s own Sash Seabourne and Bec Voysey, both 2023 Australian Idol top 10) supported by a 5-piece contemporary cover band.

In addition to the black-tie event, there will also be a golf day on Friday 9th May and with Mother's Day on Sunday 11th May, why not make it a wonderful weekend in the beautiful southwest, visiting wineries, restaurants, enjoy the beautiful coastline, golf, even some pampering!

Lock in your tickets, book your accommodation through our event partner www.privateproperties.com.au, join in the Rhapsody for Cancer Golf Day and book your Mother's Day lunch at one of the amazing restaurants.

Due to the incredible generosity from the venue, suppliers and businesses, 100% of proceeds raised is donated directly to supporting childhood brain cancer research, and families who are navigating this dreadful disease.

With a number of tables already locked in from previous guests, we recommend booking soon to avoid missing out.
