Welcome to a Transformative Three Month Breathwork Journey

This experience is designed to guide you through deep layers of healing, self-discovery, and connection. Over three months, we’ll come together in a safe and supportive space, combining Conscious Connected Breathwork, Group Reiki, guided meditation, journaling exercises, tea, and Oracle card pulling.

Each session builds upon the last, leading you through a powerful process of inner child healing, exploring generational layers, and integrating your past, present, and future selves. Together, these gatherings encourage a profound Breathwork journey, deepening your personal understanding of your own story while revealing the true benefits of conscious breathing for emotional, mental, and spiritual transformation.

This is an invitation to slow down, to reconnect with yourself, and to experience the healing that happens when we breathe intentionally, reflect deeply, and open ourselves to new possibilities.

Your ticket grants you access to each individual session, with all materials provided. Space is intentionally limited to create an intimate, personalized environment.

Please note: Each event is a standalone experience and attendance at all three is not mandatory. Tickets are sold separately for each session. However, if you choose to purchase all three together, a $20 discount will be applied to the total.

Seizures (any type)
Epilepsy
High support mental health conditions such as Bipolar, Psychosis, Schizophrenia, PTSD
Severe or recent panic attacks (within the last 3 months)
Currently taking any Brian altering medications such as anti-depressants, Anti-psychotic or anti anxiety medication
Recent surgeries , serious physical injuries or fractures
History or diagnosis of aneurysms
Cardiovascular or heart conditions /diseases ( I.e high blood pressure , heart disease, heart attacks)
Asthma
Glaucoma or retinal issues
Recent hospitalisation for mental health or psychiatric conditions (within the last 3 years)
