Before your session.

PLEASE DO READ AND FOLLOW THE ADVICE, I want you to get the most out of the session, so it’s important that you prepare.

• Energy moves best through an empty stomach so try not to eat before the session. Please eat lightly on the day and if possible do not eat 2 hrs before the class.

Coffee in the morning is fine if this is something that you usually do. If you exercise or practice yoga, and doing hip openers before coming is great too.

• Come with an open mind and heart and allow the magic to unfold.

• Think about what you’d like to get out of the session. Having a positive intention can be a really powerful tool, if you don’t have one already, don’t worry. I recommend writing down a list of the things that you want to let go of.

• Please wear comfortable clothing (activewear).
