Practice morning yoga in our gorgeous studio set amongst gardens with birds singing their morning song.

Wake UP the body and mind through activating yoga postures and sequences, energising breathing practices, asanas to wake up the digestive system and mind/body techniques to enhance your mood and mental/emotional balance.

Yoga mats are provided for your convenience.
