Event description

Join us for "Unfolding Stories", a unique hands-on workshop where cherished headscarves take on new life through the power of creativity. This event is designed for women to bring scarves that hold personal or cultural significance and transform them into a Cushion Cover.

What to Expect:

  • Expert facilitators offering techniques for repurposing fabrics into beautiful keepsakes or practical items such as bags, jewelry, or framed art.
  • Conversations about the meanings and memories these scarves carry, and how the act of transformation can symbolize personal journeys.
  • All necessary tools and materials will be provided, but participants are encouraged to bring their own scarves to work with.

Who Should Attend:
Open to women of all backgrounds and skill levels. Whether you’re new to crafting or an experienced maker, this workshop offers the space to explore and express yourself through your scarf’s journey.

NOTE: This session will be in English but there will be a translator on the day.
