In Session 2 of our Spring/Summer term, we will be led through a PLAYFUL SOMATIC MOVEMENT & VOICE workshop by Cassie Wallis. This workshop will help us regulate the nervous system and balance emotions while having fun!
From the toolkits of her acting, singing and dance training Cassie will gently guide you through embodiment exercises to feel safe and at home in your body & voice.
A workshop that encourages you to deepen your relationship to your voice & body. We will demystify the foundations of strong voice and safe movement. A dance & singing inspired journey to discover your joy and power & strength within.
Our ancestors danced and sung around fires the world over - everyone has a voice & a body - let us kindly allow ourselves the joy of our natural instruments again.
