Event description

*Back by popular demand*

Whether you’re feeling anxious, grateful, content or somewhere in-between - working on your self-care is essential, especially right now.

Join us for a 90-minute online workshop from the comfort of your own home. It will be welcoming, fun, helpful and worth your time now and the future.

We will:

  • Learn about what self-care is (and isn’t!)
  • Identify your daily and emergency self-care needs
  • Create an individual, practical and realistic self-care plan (if you have one ready, review and re-assess your self-care in a time of COVID-19)
  • Connect, learn & share for others in the Yes Get It community

Grab your favourite beverage of choice and join us, we're looking forward to connecting with you!

Other participants have said:

"I feel like most people I know could definitely benefit from giving themselves some of the love they give so freely to others. Such a beautiful way to ease into this practice too - and simple yet effective in building a practice that is unique to you!"

"[The workshop] Had me focus on myself, make myself a priority and create practices that I've already implemented to nurture myself."

"I just really enjoyed being connected with other amazing young ladies. And to be in a space of vulnerability. And see that we are not alone and there are others out there."

Timing: Similar to a yoga class, our workshop will start at 7pm sharp and the metaphorical workshop doors will be closed at 7.10pm.

Pricing: We know this is a challenging financial time for many people. If you'd like to join and are not in a financial position to do so, please reach out to hello@yesgetit.com.au and we will work with you
