🌿 An Invitation to Slow Down & Reconnect
In the pace of life, many men forget to pause
To breathe
To speak honestly
To be heard
This circle is a space for men of all ages to reconnect with themselves, with one another, and with the land.
You don’t need experience in men’s work or any particular story to share.
You just need to show up as you are.
Together, we sit by the fire, share what’s real, and remember the strength that comes from honesty and brotherhood.
We gather every two weeks, creating a steady rhythm for men to return, reconnect, and build trust over time.
🔥 What to Expect
• Grounded check-in and group sharing
• Simple breath and movement to release tension
• Space to speak without judgement or fixing
• Closing reflection and tea around the fire
Bring a chair or blanket, water, and an open heart.
