Sonorous Sunday Sound Bath!

Treat yourself to a late Sunday afternoon session of rest and relaxation, where you will be 'bathed' in sound that will encourage a deep and peaceful state which will allow you to recharge and prepare you for the week ahead. 

Through a combination of rhythm, vibration, melody and tone, Anita will create a sonorous soundscape with her carefully chosen instruments, vocals and intuitive musicality while you lie down in stillness and serenity.

* Please arrive 10 mins before the session starts to allow for some time to settle.
* The door will be locked promptly at 4.30pm to secure our cocooned space of comfort

What to bring 

Comfy mats will be provided however please bring your own pillow, blanket, eye pillow - whatever you need to make yourself comfortable as you will be lying down for an hour :)
