The perfect Sunday wind down!

About the class:

You will be guided into a deep state of relaxation as Emily plays a variety of instruments including gongs, Tibetan bowls, chimes, ocean drums and crystal singing bowls. 

Lay back, get cosy and allow the healing vibrations to wash over you. A Sound Bath will clear any stuck or stagnant energy from your biofield so that you can float into your evening and week ahead with your self-care cup full!

Water bottle

*Comfy mats are provided, however you are welcome to bring your own.

Tickets are non-refundable. Cancellations with a valid reason earlier than 48 hours prior to the event will be eligible for a ticket transfer to a future event. Cancellations within 48 hours of the event are non-transferable, but you may gift your ticket to a friend or sell it to someone else.
