The Full Moon on September 27 is famously known as the Harvest Moon - and with its fiery lunation sitting in the bold independent sign of Aries, its core energy is about personal power, closure, and rebalancing your relationships.

This bell tent sound session provides the perfect opportunity to harness these energies. Before the sound begins, you will be guided though a short grounding meditation, an invitation to surrender and release any people-pleasing habits, self-doubt, self-abandonment or anything that has syphoned your personal power.

Sound healing offers a deeply restorative form of self-care by using soothing vibrations and tones. As the layered sounds wash over you, they help quiet mental chatter, reduce stress, and encourage a meditative state without requiring effort or experience. Many people find that this immersive experience supports emotional release, improves sleep, and enhances overall well-being.

By creating space to simply rest and receive, sound healing becomes a gentle yet powerful way to reconnect with yourself and to connect body, mind, soul.

What is Sound Healing?

Sound Healing has been present in cultures for thousands of years. The benefits of sound on human cells are scientifically documented (quantum physics) - as much as it is an alternate form of healing and well-being. Sound healing uses sound wave frequencies which create a process called entrainment. As the body is made up of largely water (and sound can travel through water 4x faster than through air) this process of entrainment naturally affects the internal organs, nervous system and brainwaves in the human body. Creating a synchronistic rhythm of attunement - which instigates a response in the physical body, and the energetic biofield.

Never been to a group sound session before?

You’re invited to lie down on a mat (provided) with your blanket (you bring) and eye masks (you also bring) for additional sensory deprivation, in a cosy and magical bell tent with fairy lights.

After the initial short mediation, the sound bath will begin. I use a mix of instruments including crystal bowls, tibetan bowls, koshi chimes, gong and rainmakers.

Where is this held?

This group sound bath held in a beautiful bell tent in Quinns Rocks, is a bespoke and intimate setting, with a max number of 8 people. Perfect for stressed nervous systems in need of safe space and calm.

Oracle cards, herbal teas and light gluten-free snacks alongside wellbeing nuturement on offer, as always,

It is not recommended to attend if you are in the first trimester or final weeks of pregnancy. Other conditions included; but are not limited by; cardiac / heart failure, arrhythmias, pacemakers, stents: neurological conditions, shunts, epilepsy; thrombosis; acute mental health disorders such as complex PTSD, Schizophrenia; recent surgery (within past 6 weeks), open wounds.
