Flowing from movement to stillness, you'll wash off the week that was, and make space for a smooth start to the week ahead.
Using a variety of yoga practices, you'll be guided to settle in, warm up and move your body to clear energy before slowing it down to stretch into stillness and restorative relaxation. You'll start with pranayama (breathwork), then flow into Agnesa's signature style dynamic flow. After generating some heat & strength you'll slow the pace to longer, yin style stretches, before completing the cycle with a guided Yoga Nidra, the yogic sleep.
