    Module 2: Communication and Relationship building

    - Developing effective communication strategies with stakeholders

    - Building relationships with participants, families, and service providers

    - Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills

    Module 3: Collaboration with participants and providers

    - Identifying goals, needs and strengths of the participant

    - Facilitating access to assessments, services and resources

    - Creating, monitoring and reviewing plans

    Module 4: Service Delivery and Documentation 

    - Developing effective service agreements 

    - Managing waitlists and referral processes 

    - Maintaining accurate records and documenting progress

    Module 5: Professional Development and Continuous Improvement 

    - Keeping up to date with legislation and industry developments 

    - Identifying opportunities for growth and improvement

    - Reflecting on personal strengths and weaknesses
