Christmas Wreaths at Coogee Common
Event description
Learn to make a long lasting, fragrant and natural wreath with sustainable techniques and materials. In the lead up to the festive season, Donna Hamilton from The Freo Florist will guide you to build a 40cm foliage base from scratch, which you will then decorate from a delightful array of colourful, local, dried and fresh flowers.
This is the fourth in a series of workshops being held at the exquisite Coogee Common venue, where you can enjoy the beautiful gardens and heritage architecture. Arrive at 6pm to enjoy a welcome glass of bubbles and a delicious grazing platter from the grounds, prepared by their chef just for you! The workshop gets underway from 6.30pm.
This workshop is for everyone but especially ideal if you are hosting Christmas gatherings and want a wreath for your front door, living area or a table centrepiece. We will also make some tiny ones which are ideal for little place-names or decorations. Take home your beautiful creations!
