Meditative Walk
Description
Join members of Congregation Beth El and Sudbury Valley Trustees to take a leisurely walk to and through Gray Conservation Area with Rabbi Katy Allen. The walk will include stops along the way for poetry and tefillot, prayers, on themes of teshuvah, return/change/reflection, and to offer connection with the mystery and the more-than-human world. Time for silent meditation will be provided. This walk is suitable for adults and teens. Meet in front of Congregation Beth El (105 Hudson Road).
Park at Congregation Beth El, 105 Hudson Road.
Children under 18 are welcome but must be accompanied by an adult caregiver.
Photography will be taken during this event. If you do not want to be photographed, please let the photographer know.
This walk is not suitable for dogs. Unless your dog is a service dog, please leave your dog at home.
