IAT HAIR PRACTITIONERS CERTIFICATE COURSE

Jason McRae (I.A.T) is a certified Trichologist and a

qualified trainer and assessor. In his experience in the

hairdressing industry, Jason has also owned a successful

salon and is a panel judge for the IHS hairdressing

competitions in Australia. Jason has an extensive

understanding and practical approach to share with you

on maintaining heathy hair, scalp and internal wellness

to take back to the salon for your clients.

You will be provided with a detailed workbook, IAT

approved exam and certification from the IAT.

Recommended for

Hairdressers who desire a deeper knowledge of how

what we do in salon affects the hair. Discover the

external and internal influences we need to understand

in order to fully service our clients and provide accurate

advice. You will be provided with an insight into what it

takes to further your studies to become a fully qualified

Trichologist. This Hair Practitioners Certificate Course is

recognised as prior learning (RPL).

• Structure, function and physiology of the hair and skin

• Fundamental knowledge on hair and scalp disorders

• Science of chemical processes and how the hair

is affected

• Internal and external factors that cause hair loss and

hair breakage
