(Term 4) 6-week Kids Hand building class with Lilly and Petra

Description:

Come join Petra & Lilly for an afternoon of fun and creativity using clay. Kids will learn different hand building techniques including pinch pots, slab work and sgraffito through set projects and independent learning.

For children aged 7-13. Please do not enroll your child if they are under 7 years old, thank you.

When & Where:

• Day: Thursday afternoons

• Date: 15th of October to 19th of November, 2026

• Time: 03:30 PM – 5:00 PM for 6 weeks

• Location: Nelson Community Potters, 136 Rutherford Street

What to Bring:

• A towel and an apron.

• A creative spirit and willingness to get a little bit dirty!

Notes:

• Please purchase the ticket under your child's name

• We will be sending out an email form closer to the start of the class, with information on expected standards of behaviour, contact details, and pick up/drop-off details.

• If there is repeated behaviour which affects the ability of the tutors to run the class and/or affects the safety of other students then Nelson Community Potters reserves the right to cancel your child's ticket with no refund.
