THE DANCE: A Creative Journey in Embracing and Making Change
Event description
A dynamic and powerful journey with 13 phases of personal and collective change, “The Dance” comes out of the lived experience, study, and work of Joyoushout creatrix Rinah Rachel Galper and Creative Coach and Hearth co-founder Lindy Chichola. In keeping with each season, we offer a series of 3 to 4 monthly sessions in which we engage in a creative exploration using guided spirit journeying, visual art, meditative movement, writing, story sharing and nature-inspired healing practices. We attune ourselves more fully to the rhythms, cycles, and seasons of the earth and of our lives and practice transmuting fear, isolation, overwhelm, and heartbreak into deeper and more joyful engagement in our work and world.
