Kids get to enter the magical world of printmaking in an exciting half-day workshop!

Guided by expert artists, children will explore Gelli plate printing and discover monotype printing—a process where they paint and roll ink onto plates to make unique prints. Kids will experiment with pressing nature textures, recycled materials, and everyday objects into their artwork, and even transfer their custom print onto a tote bag or T-shirt to take home!

Note: if your child is 5 and a half and is able to work independently with minimal supervision they are welcome to attend.

If you sign your child up for both a morning and afternoon workshop on the same day, we'll supervise them during the lunch break, providing a full day of creative fun. between classes at no extra charge. Please note, The Maker Space is a secure tenancy in Floreat Forum. Doors will be secured and children will be supervised at all times. Children will be escorted to a toilet by our staff with access to an ambulant toilet (one person access at a time) which our staff will wait on the outside of the door
