Event description

As the world turns the page on one year and prepares to welcome another, join us for a magical evening that bridges cultures, flavors, and stories. The Third Annual Dinner with Chef Peter Chang is more than just a meal, it’s an intimate culinary celebration of renewal, connection, and the artistry of Chinese cuisine.

With only 30 guests per evening, this exclusive four-course experience unfolds like a feast from the heart of Chef Chang’s kitchen. Each “course” is a showcase of multiple dishes—signature creations and inspired surprises—crafted to highlight the depth, tradition, and innovation that define one of the nation’s most celebrated Chinese chefs.

Guests will hear directly from Chef Peter Chang himself as he shares the inspiration behind his dishes and the cultural significance of celebrating between the Western New Year and the Lunar New Year—a time of reflection, gratitude, and joyful anticipation.

Expect dazzling flavors, unexpected pairings, and an atmosphere that feels both elegant and warmly personal. It’s an evening that invites you to savor, learn, and celebrate.

Guests will experience Baijiu welcome drinks as well as four wine pairings throughout the dinner.

The event starts at 6:00pm.

Each ticket is inclusive of tax and gratuity.

Must be 21 or older. All sales are final.

Your ticket is only valid for the evening you purchase. No refunds.
