Event description

A Gateway into Presence, Potential, and the Power Within

The Expansion Breathwork Experience is a space to release the tension you’re holding, and reconnect with the truth you’ve always carried. It’s not about chasing a peak or altered-state experience. It’s about returning to the original, unconditioned state you came from.

Through conscious connected breathing, somatic insight, and nervous system awareness, you’ll explore what it means to breathe with fullness, freedom, and presence. You’ll move through a gentle arc of expansion - calm, charge, clear, connect - peeling back the layers that keep you from feeling grounded, whole, and at ease.

This session isn’t about fixing or forcing. It’s an invitation to feel - deeply, honestly, and safely.

What to Expect:

✅ Breathwork tools to support emotional and energetic balance
✅ Somatic practices to soften tension and restore natural rhythm
✅ A guided conscious connected Breathwork process (suitable for all levels)
✅ Integration space to rest, reflect, and receive what’s ready to emerge

You’ll Leave With:

✅ A felt understanding of how your breath unwinds physical tension
✅ Practical tools to navigate your nervous system and regulate daily stress
✅ A deeper trust in your breath, your body, and your unfolding process

This is not just a practice - it’s a portal back to presence, your potential, and the power within.

About Mark Moon

Mark Moon is a Breathwork and wellness guide committed to holistic wellbeing and conscious personal growth. As an executive member of the Australian Breathwork Association and a globally registered practitioner with the GPBA, Mark brings integrity, safety, and deep experience to every session.

With a background in movement, yoga, Breathwork, and somatic healing, he blends science, psychology, and spiritual insight to create grounded, transformational experiences. His approach honours the body’s innate wisdom, supporting emotional resilience, nervous system regulation, and the expansion of awareness.

Mark is known for his depth, compassion, and presence. Whether in group settings or private sessions, he creates safe and empowering spaces for individuals to explore who they are beyond the stories - guiding them back to what’s already whole.

Preparation:

  • Please arrive 5-10 minutes early for a punctual start time
  • Bring a yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on
  • A pillow or cushion for support
  • A blanket and warm socks (the body can cool down during Breathwork)
  • A journal for post-session reflection
  • Comfortable clothing that allows free movement
  • Avoid coffee or stimulants on the day; eat lightly at least 2 hours beforehand
  • Be alcohol and substance-free as Breathwork may evoke strong emotional or physical responses
  • Come with an open mind and a willingness to meet yourself fully in the moment

Safety & Medical Considerations

Breathwork is a powerful and supportive healing modality that can create shifts physically, emotionally, and energetically. While generally safe and deeply restorative, it may lead to physiological changes such as increased heart rate, altered breathing rhythms, tingling, emotional release, or mild non-ordinary states of consciousness.

My approach to Breathwork is gentle, body-led, and non-forceful. We work with the breath - not against the body - focusing on nervous system awareness, emotional safety, and somatic integration.

  • Emotional releases, physical sensations (such as tingling, temperature shifts, or spontaneous movement), and subtle energetic changes are all natural during Breathwork.
  • You are always encouraged to move, pause, or rest as needed. This is a supportive, choice-led space.
  • Breathwork is not a substitute for medical treatment, therapy, or medication, but it can be a powerful complement when approached with care and awareness.

Please Consider the Following:

If you have a pre-existing medical condition, it’s important to check in with yourself and your healthcare provider if needed, to ensure this practice is appropriate for you. You are always in choice throughout the session, and encouraged to listen to your body and move at your own pace.

Conditions that may require extra care or medical clearance include:

  • Recent surgery or physical trauma
  • Cardiovascular conditions or unmanaged high blood pressure
  • Epilepsy or seizure disorders
  • Glaucoma or detached retina
  • Asthma (if unmanaged or exercise-induced)
  • Type 1 or 2 diabetes (especially if blood sugar is unstable)
  • Bipolar disorder or other psychiatric conditions (in active or unmanaged phases)
  • Pregnancy

If you’re unsure or have questions, please reach out directly. I’m happy to discuss how we can adapt the session to meet your needs safely.

By purchasing a ticket or attending this session, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own health and wellbeing, and that you’ve disclosed any relevant medical concerns where appropriate. You agree to participate at your own pace and understand that all guidance offered is invitational.
