SATURDAY JULY 12 - FULL MOON in CAPRICORN Sound Bath in the Bell Tent ✨

Come relax, reset and release with the July Full moon in Capricorn with an hour of sound in a Magical Bell Tent in Quinns Rocks!

This full moon invites us to take stock of the events and momentum of the past 6 months and to take responsibility and accountability for the things that we need to release in time for the remainder of the year . It’s time to tie up loose ends and invite more abundance , self love and action those things we have been nuturing into manifestation !

In the sound bath you will hear instruments including crystal and tibetan bowls, chimes, gong with a mix of nature sounds. Let the sound waves vibrate through your body, shifting stuck energies and inviting deep cellular resonance in your physical and energetic field. This sound symphony is intended to create an energetic balance with chakra alignment, inducing a deep meditative state and inviting deep relaxation. (..Some people fall asleep.. and that is absolutely ok! :) )

Groups are small so each person can experience the sound as an intimate exchange with maximum benefit.
