Event description
Join me for a rejuvenating Pranayama, meditation, and yoga class to ease into your week with calm and clarity. We'll start with mindful breathing, flow into grounding yoga, and finish with restorative poses to quiet your mind and open your heart for reflection and intention-setting.
Stay for an extended shavasana to embrace stillness and silence! A sea dip and coffee afterward are optional.
A $10 donation is welcome if you feel inspired, but it’s not required (revolute-aoibhe112).
What do you need?
-yoga mat or towel
-water
-open mind and heart
-small cushion or yoga block- optional for comfort/ accessibility, also not 100% necessary.
