Mindful Strength Pilates combines functional movement with intentional focus, helping you isolate, target, and connect with various muscle groups. The precise and deliberate exercises allow you to build strength while cultivating a deeper awareness of your body.
This class is both functional and physically challenging. While the movements are thoughtfully designed to support your practice, the effort required to engage deeply with your body and the challenge of certain movements make it best suited to those with some prior experience in yoga, Pilates, or strength-building practices. If you’re new to these modalities, we recommend starting with one of our gentler classes to build your foundation before joining this session.
