Have you been looking to try different things but don’t want to make the commitment to a full term until you know you like it? Are you looking to meet other people who want to have a laugh and not take things too seriously? That is our aim at Wellness Warriors! To get women out and about, meeting new people and having a laugh.
As we like to say,"Exercise should be fun. If it's not fun, you're not doing the right exercise for you"
Just to give you a little taster of what's to come in Term 4 we have, Fire Fans, Stand up Paddle Board Yoga, Silks, Bungee Aerobics and more to come!
WHEN: Thursdays 10.00am – 12.00pm in school terms
COST: Only casual classes left at $15 per class.
