Event description

Joining together to mark the passage of time, connect and grow through our series of unique seasonal workshops.

Bookings are for individual workshops where you’ll experience ritual, self-love and personal development

This month’s Art Therapy workshop: Exploring your Psychology through Creativity.

What your workshop is about:

~ Art and its creation ~
This does not exclusively belong to those that are “skilled” artists. We are all innately creative beings and we are all artists. There is something deeply human about allowing yourself to be immersed in creativity.

~ Psychology ~
Connecting with all the versions of you. We are all many things and constantly changing. Have you paused lately to take a look at the ways in which you have grown and give attention to the ways in which you want to evolve?

~ Ritual ~
Deepening into our experience of life and ourselves. Taking notice of the mundane and the magic and appreciating all that exists for us in this moment of our lives by engaging in meaning acts of acknowledgement.

~ Self ~
Make making time for yourself a priority. Not a treat. Not a gift. A necessity for your own sense of wellbeing, connection and mental, spiritual and psychological health.

What to expect:

A process moving from MIND, EMOTION + THOUGHT to WORDS, EXPRESSION + ART

✨ Exploring our psychological growth through art
✨ A very personal, guided painting experience
✨ Exploring different art materials and techniques
✨ Ritual reflection ceremony

This workshop takes place in a warm, intimate space where women come and sit in circle. You are gently welcomed into the space and everyone very briefly introduces themselves.

We explore the theme of art therapy through an interactive discussion and then get out the art materials for some very relaxing and fun self-expression.

We will have a chance to pay closer attention to ourselves and spend some time using art to explore the different layers of our identity.

Our workshop with close with a light ritual and brief reflection of the processes we have experienced (for those that feel comfortable).

                 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Our lives are so busy in service to others that we rarely allow ourselves the small luxury of carving out some time to do something meaningful, intentional and deeply connective. These uniquely-curated workshops allow for some scared space amidst the hustle and bustle of life and allow us to soulfully tune in to the cycles of life, within nature and ourselves.
