Looking to feel more alive and free? Come dance with us, sweat it out, shake it out and have fun!

This is a womens only event. Our event is designed for those who love dancing, moving and socialising. Like being at a night club, except you don't have to get dressed up and go the city!

It is a judgment free space and opportunity to meet and connect with others. This is not a class.

There is plenty of parking spaces (go up the driveway).
