Discover peace and calm in your daily life with a renowned Tibetan Buddhist nun and scholar. Over two transformative days, you will learn new perspectives, tools, skills, and exercises to manage disturbing emotions and achieve deeper happiness. This unique workshop delves into the wisdom of the Tibetan Buddhist tradition, offering practical guidance and spiritual insight.
