Event description

Welcome to Sublime Sounds!

I invite you to our Monthly Soundbath to nurture your own well-being with the power of sound. Immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of Tibetean Bowls, Crystal Bowls, Gong, Drums, Tuning Forks, Chimes and other healing instruments to relax, reset and connect.

WHAT TO BRING:

yoga mat, pillow, blanket, water bottle - you are also welcome to bring a favourite crystal or sacred item in which you can place your intention for the session.

Herbal tea and treats will be shared at the end to ground ourselves before going home.
