Yoga & Meditation - Join us for one, join us for both!
All Levels Creative Vinyasa Yoga class at 6:00 PM. Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic practice that links breath with movement, fostering flexibility, strength, and mindfulness. This class is suitable for all levels, whether you're new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice.
Following the yoga session, join us at 7:15 PM for a Mindfulness Meditation class. This session offers a space to quiet the mind, reduce stress, and cultivate a sense of inner peace through guided meditation techniques.
Where: Maslin Beach Community Hall
Yoga: 6:00 PM ($15)
Meditation: 7:15 PM ($10)
Both Classes: $20
What to bring:
Yoga:Â BYO yoga mat & props
Meditation:Â Wear your comfy clothing and bring anything you might need to help you feel comfortable. I will have some cushions and blankets available for use.
