Discover the freedom and joy of yoga in a supportive, welcoming environment. This class is designed for amputees, emphasising the power of breath, presence, and connection.
Come join us, connect with other amputees, and find joy in the present moment.
Best suited to lower limb amputees. Wear comfortable clothing and feel free to participate with or without your prosthesis.
No need to touch your toes - just come as you are and be part of a community where everyone belongs.
If you bring a friend or carer, please note this is a small group class and spaces are limited. All participants (carers and friends) must be registered.
Beginners welcome, no experience needed! No equipment necessary, a yoga mat or chair will be provided.
Following on from the interest of this session, future classes may be arranged.
This class is lead by an experienced Prosthetist who is also a qualified Yoga Instructor at Om Inc Yoga.
