A life long yogi, Melina's love for yoga is forever strong, she is a widely experienced teacher and runs a natural health clinic. In this class she combines her knowledge of nutrition, body work and yoga therapy for a sense of fun and joy. There will be lots of smiles and rolling around on the floor, self-love, deep self-exploration and relaxation.
