Event description

Join Trini Ornelas for a workshop exploring the two halves of feminine cycles that people with wombs have a connection to, including earth altering, plant womb creation, gentle yoga, and reflection.

Trinity Ornelas is an Indigenous Chicana with a deep love for movement, community, and returning to self. Her path of restoration began in 2021 when she attended her first sweat lodge ceremony, followed later that year by an introduction to yoga at a Black-owned studio, where she learned that yoga is a tool for liberation. She believes slow, intentional movement, combined with ceremony, is a powerful way to integrate, release, and come into alignment with our most authentic selves.

She holds degrees in Ethnic Studies and Community & Leadership Engagement from the University of Colorado Boulder, where she spent years working with youth, exploring culture through research, and navigating her own recovery journey from substance abuse.

In early 2025, she became a certified yoga teacher and is now teaching flows with an emphasis on rest, recovery, and releasing perfectionism. She also leads women’s circles centered around ceremonies of release and integration.

At the heart of all she does is a love for remembering, rooting, connecting, and loving.
