The Government has flagged that its proposed copyright access reforms mark the closure of its response to the Productivity Commission’s IP Arrangements inquiry but there are still a number of copyright issues left to address. What is the future of reform for fair use, exceptions that will allow future technologies like text and data mining (TDM) and safe harbour?
